EXTERIOR: Underground there is private parking within secure closed gates, an enclosed pool area with lawns and terracing around a pretty pool.

INTERIOR: The apartment is well equiped. The entrance leads into the lounge with dining area, which in turn leads though to a well-equipped kitchen and out to a covered terrace. The apartment has TV and RADIO.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms are large with one double and two single beds.
