Seconds away from the fabulous sandy beach of El Arenal. Supermarkets and pharmacy within walking distance.
EXTERIOR: Outside there is private parking directly outside the apartment within secure closed gates, an enclosed pool area with lawns and terracing around a pretty pool.
INTERIOR: The apartment is well equiped. The entrance leads into the lounge with dining area, which in turn leads though to a well-equipped kitchen and out to a covered and uncovered terrace. The apartment has TV and RADIO.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are large with one double and two single beds.
