CASA DATURA is a lovely FOUR BEDROOM VILLA close to the beaches of JAVEA and two superb Golf Courses and with panoramic MOUNTAIN VIEWS, MEDITERRANEAN GARDENS and ILLUMINATED POOL

EXTERIOR: Outside there is private parking, extensive open and covered terraces around a pretty 10×5m ILLUMINATED private pool with a poolside shower. Within the garden is ample seating, and magnificent views towards the Montgo Mountain. The spacious open tiled terrace is private and has sun loungers and parasols, and the rest of the garden is planted with mature palms, olives and fruit trees. The terrace from the lounge has views of the Montgo, the valley and the mountains beyond.

INTERIOR: The villa is stylishly furnished with a spacious lounge and dining area. there is an American style well-equipped kitchen and adjacent utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. TV and RADIO.

BEDROOMS: All four bedrooms are large and the sleeping arrangements can be flexible. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The master double bedroom has ensuite facilities. The whole house benefits from central heating.
