Utilities
Buying through MG Villas could not be easier. We will change all the accounts with the utility companies (water, electricity, gas etc) in the names of the new owners as well as informing the appropriate office regarding payment of IBI taxes.
Postal Services
Post to your home may be possible, although many areas do not receive a regular postal delivery. We will advise you on the best possible way to receive post, either to your home or to a PO Box numbered account at the Post Office or one of the many independent services.
